It seems obvious to me that the answer for the question below is yes:

Does the religious context of a nation influence morality of its residents, regardless of their personal beliefs?

However Dr. Roger Finke, professor of sociology and religious studies at Pennsylvania State University will give a more detailed answer at Baylor U. on Friday. I am not there though.
