Fantastic Four (USA, 2005)

Excellent summer flick, just what the doctor ordered for a rainy day. We even found a cinema in Budapest, where they played it in English instead of the usual dubbing. Furthermore we waited for the one day of the week, when they did it for half price. Part of the experience was that we set between two rows of twentysomethings with hearing difficulties. After the show they discussed the movie with widely gesticulated sign language. The movie itself was professional; the script was funnier than other movies made from Marvel comics. Jessica Alba is still beautiful, the villain was villainous, the special effect special, the scientific lingo scientific sounding, the camera work precise. Enjoyed every bit of it, no moral needed to be attached to this one. This was just for fun.
