Singapore conversation

ChannelNewsAsia posted a short news item from Singapore: Muslims, Jews gather to learn about one another. They shared short presentations about their faiths in a hotel.I set out to find the size of these religious communities, as my knowledge was too limited.CIA factbook puts the Muslim population of the country at 14.9% (out of 4.5 million) based on the 2000 census. Wikipedia puts it at 13.9% though. It was much harder to find the numbers for the Jewish population. It falls under the 1.6% “other” religion, along with Sikhs, I guess. The Singapore Jews’ own history page does not give details. Wikipedia links to the very same page and says that Singapore has 300 Jews. I didn’t find that number there though.
