The second question of 10Q*: Is there something that you wish you had done differently this past year? Alternatively, is there something you’re especially proud of from this past year?
My answer: Sweating the small stuff. I wish I would do it less. I know that worrying about possible negative future outcomes and being annoyed by past things doesn’t help me, my cause, my health and my family’s mood. But too often I spiral into that. I even read the book (Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff and It’s All Small Stuff: Simple Ways to Keep the Little Things from Taking Over Your Life) . Still having a hard time putting it into practice. Conclusion: find tools and keep using them.
